We can take client projects from beginning to end or build on previous work that's already completed. Regardless of where a client is in a project evaluation, we will develop a customized, fixed bid SOW to compliment the foundation that's already in place.

Strategy Workshop

The purpose of our Strategy Workshop is to create a complete vision of what IT should mean to their business.  We document current state, desired future state, operational challenges, proposed opportunities for improvement and financial structure.  Our Strategy Workshop is at its best when we have cross functional decision makers in the room to ensure that we understand all of the impacts cloud transformation will create.

Assess and Plan

Once we have validated our clients Strategy we quickly move into our Assess and Plan phase.  Implementing a cloud strategy requires careful analysis to ensure that the plan will be complete success.  Our experience helping other customers allows us to bring real life advice into the planning stage – which has a direct impact on budgeting, staffing, IT migration and transformation, consolidation and most importantly, timeline.

Scope and Design

We take the framework of our client’s plan and we bring it to life with Scope and Design sessions.  One of our experienced engineers and a whiteboard are required, as well as cross functional team input from all areas of a client’s IT staff (Executive, Applications, Infrastructure, Security, Network and PMO).  At this stage we are designing the technical capabilities of our client’s vision without the limits of manufacturer or vendor requirements.

Quote and Compare

It’s finally time to open up our strategy, plan, and design to enterprise class cloud vendors that can satisfy the client’s unique requirements. We have a tremendous amount of experience in translating client requirements into service provider products, so we work with vendors to ensure they are quoting an “apples to apples" design so all responses are relevant to client’s needs.

Negotiate and Contract

Properly negotiating the Terms and Conditions and SLA’s of a Cloud Contract can be difficult without a trusted advisor.  It is extremely important that the person negotiating has both technical and business understanding of the products and services, or clients risk being unnecessarily exposed.  While this won’t show up on the financial ROI, it will ensure you maintain maximum flexibility for changing requirements.

Implement and Project Manage

Leveraging the same pool or engineering resources that have gone through the previous stages, Cloud Consulting Team is able to implement and project manage your whole project to ensure successful project completion.
